**MARKETING ASSISTANT**

Part-Time | Brisbane CBD

**Role Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and adaptable **HR People & Culture Assistant** to support our leadership team in fostering a positive and high-performing workplace culture. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and a passion for people-focused initiatives. You will work closely with our People & Culture team, assisting in key HR functions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process of clients and employess.
- Support initiatives that foster a positive and safe workplace culture.
- Maintain and update employee records, prepare HR documentation, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Assist in implementing WHS initiatives to ensure a safe and supportive work environment.
- Assist in maintaining HR systems, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies, and coordinating internal audits when required.

**Requirements and Attributes**
- A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in HR administration, People & Culture, or a similar support role.
- Knowledge of Fair Work legislation, HR policies, and compliance is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with a positive, “can-do” attitude.
- Familiarity with HR systems, WHS, compliance, or employee engagement is highly desirable.
- Ability to adapt to change and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential HR matters.
- Self-motivated and solutions-focused - You take initiative and drive improvements.
- Team-oriented - Works collaboratively while also being able to operate independently.
- Resilient and adaptable - Thrives in a dynamic work environment.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
