Nightlife Music is Australia's leading music and video streaming service for business. For over 35 years, we've powered the soundtracks to some of the biggest and best gyms, hotels, pubs, bars, cruise ships and more. As more amazing clients join us, we need to grow our team of collaborative, capable and passionate people to support them.

The Role

We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. This role calls for an early-career professional, who is enthusiastic, has a keen eye for detail and a desire to learn.

What You'll Do

  • You'll be a go-to person in our department, playing a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing and business initiatives
  • Collaborate with other teams to create content to support their operations and activities
  • Support the development of product and promotional materials, including branding, graphics, and digital content
  • Create and schedule content for Nightlife's social media platforms
  • Have the confidence to approach peers to create social and marketing content
  • Provide administrative coordination for marketing activities, keeping all project notes, records and supporting documentation accurate and up to date.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in and a love for marketing and communications – social media, content creation and campaign development
  • Canva or other desktop publishing program experience
    —
    video editing experience is a plus
  • Ability to comfortably balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences
  • Good understanding of social media platforms and content best practices
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A passion for and desire to learn more across all facets of marketing
