We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Assistant to join our Practice Development Management team

Reporting to the Practice Development Manager and working closely with the Marketing Advisor and Coordinator, you will play a pivotal part in our firm's marketing and business development efforts.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Assisting with execution of communications strategies, campaigns and plans.
- Assisting with production of on-brand firm communications, brochures, content and other marketing publications.
- Assisting with submissions for tenders and awards, and report writing.
- Managing and sourcing merchandise.
- Maintaining marketing databases and assisting with reporting.
- Coordination of internal and external events and presentations including drafting PowerPoints and associated marketing collateral.
- Managing, creating and updating work author CV’s and other marketing material (ie. business cards).
- Providing general support to the marketing team and broader firm.

**Essential Experience and Criteria**

To be successful in this role you will possess:

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, including business, communications or marketing.
- Previous experience in a marketing role preferred but not essential.
- Preferable skills in Canva or Adobe InDesign/Illustrator.
- Organised multi-tasker with proven written and editorial skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and be flexible to meet team requirements.
