**Your new role**

In your new role as People Operations Partner you will be tasked with overseeing generalist HR functions across the 39 Victorian sites, with a key focus on upskilling and coaching the cohort of Operations Leaders that deliver the HR activities. Further, you will;
- Develop People Plans that support the strategic business outcomes for the Victorian operations team.
- Facilitate ER processes, providing coaching and, where required, actively support investigation and mediation.
- Implementation of People Operations processes including; Workforce Planning, Talent/Succession Planning and Performance Elevation Plans.
- Support building capability and competence across Nido in managing people.
- Support with managing employee return to work and safety.
- Ad hoc people projects, including supporting trainee programs and ensuring the development of future talent.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role it is essential that you be able to demonstrate strong experience in and knowledge of human resources principles and practices as well as a proven track record working with operations leaders to upskill, coach and advise to increase capability and navigate technical HR matters. You will also have;
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- Well developed communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to tailor your communication to different audiences.
- Strong ER knowledge and competency.
- Experience in a multisite environment.
