**Description**:
The Associate People Partner and People Operations is ensuring best in class experience across the People journey for our talented employees and managers in the region through the effective and consistent follow up the HR business processes, policies and procedures. The role will work with the Global People Business Partner team to support effective people and talent strategies, plans and agendas for all countries within its remit in the region and will report to the Regional People Operations Team Lead.

**Essential Functions**:

- Facilitates and delivers high-quality, responsive and partnership-focused services to our internal customers
- Ensures policies, contracts and procedures are known and followed, to ensure compliance with legislation and internal processes
- Reviews, maintains and refreshes annually all people operations content (intranet, training, documents, policies, processes, procedures, templates etc.)
- Support the Global People talent strategy including but not limited to:

- Employee engagement and experience
- Training to employees and managers on talent programs
- Initiatives and HR programs (processes, tools and timeline)
- Succession planning, promotion process and career development
- Initiates onboarding content and execution to support new starters to Rizing and those transitioning into new roles, working in conjunction with our recruiting and learning & development teams
- Ensures payroll deadlines are met and payroll data is accurately captured for the pay run
- Manages and updates data to ensure our HR systems and tools (e.g. SuccessFactors) are kept up-to-date with changes to employee and position information

**Essential Functions (Continued)**:

- Manages stakeholder expectations and promptly escalates customer satisfaction concerns
- Executes Rizing’s annual event processes with managers for goals, performance, compensation, etc. within region
- Works in collaboration with the total rewards specialist to support and proceed with benefits and compensation packages for the region including benefits enrollment processes and compensation frameworks
- Updates and keeps up-to-date information on our corporate intranet portal to support employees and managers.
- Follows the immigration and global mobility processes and procedures and ensures compliance
- Facilitates and promotes the adoption of wellbeing, DEI and culture initiatives
- Where required, is responsible for industrial relations and ensuring the team provides appropriate advice to the business to ensure legal compliance across all people areas
- Performs other duties as assigned

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Experience working in an HR operations role
- Experience in maintaining high quality of data

**Desired Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR or related discipline
- HR Certification (SHRM CP, CRHA, CIPD Level 3 or above, or equivalent)
- Previous experience working as people operations generalist
- Experience working in a regional role covering multiple countries
- Previous experience working in a global professional services firm
- Experience using SuccessFactors

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)**:

- Advanced knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines, with meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Strong listening and customer-service skills
- Understanding of Business functions and priorities
- Ability to create relationships with business stakeholders
- Knowledge of how to work with sensitive information and data and the ability to maintain confidentiality of the above
- Ability to adapt quickly and appropriately to a range of situations as business needs arise
- Ability to readily take action on challenges, seize new opportunities, and act with a clear sense of ownership on commitments; willingness to step up and handle tough issues
- Ability to communicate to a high level of proficiency in written and verbal communications across the full range of communication channels
- Positive energy and prioritize in face of ambiguity

**Work Environment and Special Consideration**:

- Works within a professional office and/or remote environment
- Works in a regional setting, sometimes requiring domestic and international travel, and working outside of regular business hours to accommodate stakeholders in different time zones
