**Client Service Manager**:
Unidex Healthcare is currently seeking a Client Relationship Coordinator to join our team in our office.
In this position, you will work closely with clients and support workers to ensure that client requests and needs are addressed accurately and on time. Your main role would consist of account management, rostering and recruitment.
We currently have Branches in South Australia, Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria, these Branches are currently delivering services to participants across various funding schemes. Unidex Healthcare as a business unit delivers supports to the healthcare and disability industry, primarily attendant care and nursing services. We are registered providers under the NDIS, NIISQ, Insurance Commission of Western Australia and a number of other funding schemes.
**The Role**:
Ultimately, we are after a new internal team member to assist our Branch located in Adelaide with recruitment of care teams and case management of disabled individuals. Our expertise aligns with providing supports to individuals that have sustained spinal cord and brain injuries and this role would be responsible for building care teams to deliver the supports.
You would manage a participant case load that would initially cover metro and regional SA.
**Key Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries from clients.
- Creating rosters for support workers in alignment to clients' needs
- Account management including the day-to-day customer enquiries, complaints and organization of support workers
- Recruitment of support workers, nurses, etc.
- Updating of files such as rosters, client communications and support worker documents
- Providing excellent communication to all clients by anticipating and resolving issues in a manner that exceeds the client's expectations.
- Participating in on-site visits
- Delivering other documentation as required by the client.
- Communicating regularly with the client to evaluate satisfaction and proactively identifying upcoming needs.
**Requirements**:
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously with differing levels of urgency
- Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy of data
- Able to perform well in the face of tight deadlines and challenges
- Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and accountability
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent analytical thinking and organization skills
- Experience with Microsoft products: Outlook, Excel & Word
- Ability to work alternate weekends from home on an on-call basis
**Ideally you will have**:
- Healthcare/Disability industry experience
- Some recruitment experience
- A can-do attitude
