Are you organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering a seamless client experience? We're looking for a Client Service Manager to join a growing mortgage broking team in Adelaide. You'll be the broker's right hand, keeping everything running smoothly from loan submission to settlement.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Provide end-to-end support for brokers: from file prep to post-settlement follow-ups
  • Liaise with clients, lenders, conveyancers and third parties to keep deals moving
  • Manage client documentation and compliance requirements
  • Ensure a high standard of communication and service at every touchpoint
  • Help improve internal systems and support efficiency across the team
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a mortgage broker support, loan processing, or banking/finance admin role
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, team-focused attitude and dedication to delivering great customer service
  • Experience with broker platforms such as ApplyOnline, MyCRM is highly regarded
