**Job Description**:
A great opportunity for a Client Services Officer near Perth Airport.
- Respond to and maintain records of client enquirers regarding the laboratories capabilities, service offers and the progress of analytical work
- Generate and finalise invoices, issue reports as necessary to satisfy client requests
- Ensure analytical data quality checks are approved by NATA signatories, and reporting controls are monitored and action as required.
- In consultation with the Laboratory Manager, check invoices against service offers, contracts, client requests and services delivered to ensure work is fully costed in line with current charges and business policies
- Assist with payment of record management, COD invoices and client contacts as required
- Support management in developing client relationships and fulfilling contractual requirements
- Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requisitions in time to meet demand**Qualifications**:

- Experience in delivering services to clients, preferably in a technical or scientific work environment
- Knowledge and understanding of a commercial laboratory environment.
- Able to organise and process jobs quickly and accurately
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Adaptable and flexible in responding to changing priorities and workloads
