THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the Head of Cleaning, you will effectively manage all Cleaning service operations with in your designated region, ensuring the delivery of services meet City standards and specifications. You will demonstrate a robust knowledge of governance practices, pertaining to cleaning operations and compliance. You will develop enduring customer relationships and ensure KPI’s and OH&S requirements are met.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Conduct periodic audits in store to verify that maintenance activities have been performed in accordance with agreed scope and correct areas of concern in a timely manner.
- Ensure that daily cleaning services (City Team Members and Contractors) are delivered safely, efficiently and to 100% of specifications and compliance.
- Managing projects as required, simultaneously looking for improvement in efficiencies and ensure efficiencies of operations.
- Investigate any additional service solutions as proactively identified or raised by a Partner.
- Ensure 100% compliance with various audits (contractual, safety, risk assessment, legislative etc.);
- Provide effective liaison and support to Partner
- Manage all cleaning escalations with contractors to ensure store teams are not impacted and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Provide regular reports and activity updates to relevant stakeholders

**To be considered for this role you will have / be**:

- Experience in supervising & managing cleaning programs at a local level & multiple sites
- Experience in managing service contracts and multiple suppliers
- Knowledge and understanding of retail operations
- Excellent people and communication skills;
- Knowledge of OH&S, compliance and essential services;
- Ability to read & analyse financial reports with strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Proven strong working relationship with key stakeholders in busy environment - essential
- Intermediate to advanced IT skills Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) - essential
