**THE ROLE**

Reporting to the Head of Innovation eMobility you will support the growth of Origin's eMobility offerings. Definining and optimising business processes and delivering automation while establishing and maximising relationship value through customer insights and data analysis.

You'll be responsible for:

- Defining, developing and implementing business processes into operations
- Defining, implementing and managing Business reporting dashboards
- Identifying, assessing and executing on customer insights to increase sales activity/margin
- Identifying and implementing business automation processes
- Supporting the roll out of new propositions and business offerings
- Defining and implementing business processes
- Developing and monitoring business KPIs
- Actioning business optimisation opportunties
- Implementing sales improvement strategies
- Lead communication with stakeholders (internal and external), counterparties and joint venture partners

**IS THIS YOU?**

To be considered for this role you will have:

- 5+ years experience of working in a start-up environment
- Deep understanding of emobility offerings, value drivers, profit pools, and commercial constructs
- Experience of leading the growth and scaling of offerings in market
- Experience of sales, marketing and product of optimisation
- Experience of developing and implementing business processes
- Experience of developing and embedding business reporting
- Strong capability in building relationships and business development
- Written communication abilities (reports, briefs, presentations, investment proposals, external communications)
- Inter-personal skills are considered extremely important to this role. This would include experience in dealing with internal departments as well as the ability to deal with external stakeholders and industry participants
