Strategic Focus
- Partner with Global Sales, Revenue Management, Sales and Distribution, and Planning to set and achieve strategies and targets
- Manage the data for the region to strongly support the commercial strategy and pricing strategy
- Formulate strategies that convert into effective and high yield local initiatives that are achievable across diversified channels and segments
- Be actively involved in formulating and ensuring the achievement of the GSA strategy for the region
- Conduct regular reviews of each country’s action plan and make corrective adjustments as required to ensure achievement of all targets
- Maintain awareness of the competitive environment and our inventory ability as well as focus on analytics and business data to support setting of viable sales strategies

Revenue Generation and Business Development
- Ensure oversight of the regional management information system is conducted locally for effective use by the Data Analyst & Insight Specialists
- Continuously improve end to end processes from defining a regional / local strategy to concluding a fare product to achieve optimal speed to market
- Ensure local strategies are aligned with Head Office network revenue maximisation strategies
- Partner with other Commercial regional heads to manage the Cost of Sales and ensure tools are effectively leveraged to optimise distribution channel performance

General
- Ensure 100% accuracy of fares sent to Revenue Management Office and Mumbai Service Centre or to Guangzhou Guo Tai Office (the standards expected to ensure this are defined in the Minimum Fare Checker User Manual)
- Assist the Head of Marketing and Sales to design a customer centric strategy that will facilitate sales and distribution in the regional markets to drive revenue deliverables
- Serve as the bridge between Head Office Departments and Regional / Country teams to ensure timely exchange of market intelligence and network opportunities
- Ensure pricing strategies are discussed and agreed with Head Office stakeholders and that they are clearly defined, documented and communicated at the regional level
- Any other reasonable task as requested

- Lead, support and encourage own team to achieve success

- Supervise and mentor direct reports, encouraging effective collaboration

- Maintain active and ongoing dialogue in relation to employee goals and individual performance

- Emergency and Accident and Crisis Response responsibilities as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $107,353.37 - $200,000.80 per year
