**Your opportunity**:
The Risk, Resilience & Compliance function is responsible for driving a consistent and effective risk and compliance culture across the Group through effective frameworks and governance mechanisms.

The Compliance Lead is responsible for assisting with the implementation, and management of TPG’s Telecom’s compliance management framework and maintaining oversight over the effectiveness of the framework. The role is responsible for collaborating and coordinating with various teams including Legal and Regulatory, People Experience, Enterprise Risk and the wider business. This role reports into the Senior Compliance Manager.

**You'll make impact by**:

- Assisting with the implementation of a compliance management framework.
- Maintaining the company’s internal policy framework and coordinating the implementation and training of policies.
- Assisting with group compliance assurance programs and control reviews.
- Managing processes to deal with compliance violations, breaches, and incident reporting.
- Assisting with the employee training program for compliance issues by collaborating with the business as well as our Learning and Development teams.
- Assisting with the implementation of a compliance obligation and control program to review and evaluate the company’s adherence to policies and regulations by independently assessing processes and controls in place.
- Providing advice to business stakeholders to help them in achieving their compliance objectives.
- Maintaining and developing compliance processes and tools, as well as driving data upkeep within the corporate compliance IT system
- Contributing to annual and ad-hoc assurance activities, including conducting reviews and providing insights to strengthen governance and risk management practices.
- Working closely with the Regulatory team and other experts throughout the company to proactively identify compliance and regulatory developments and coordinate implementation of appropriate processes and controls.
- Implementation of compliance attestations and monitoring performance
- Assisting with the preparation of insightful, concise, and timely reports for senior management, the Audit and Risk Committee, and external regulatory bodies as appropriate.
- Working with the broader risk team on ad-hoc projects

**What you’ll bring**:

- At least 3 years of experience in risk and compliance within a major corporate or consulting firm.
- Understanding of corporate and regulatory compliance programs.
- Ability to communicate with clarity, impact, and influence through both verbal and written communications.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- High levels of efficiency, with demonstrated ability to prioritise, schedule and meet challenging deadlines.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Commerce, Law, Finance, Risk Management, or similar disciplines.
