**The role**

Exciting things are happening at Crown and due to a group-wide transformation project, an opportunity has become available for an experienced Learning & Development Lead to join the Sydney team on a **_12-month fixed term contract. _**This key role is responsible for the day-to-day operational delivery of the Learning and Development plans for Crown Sydney, leading the needs analysis, stakeholder engagement, delivery schedule of all training and facilitation.

This position plays a critical part in ensuring seamless employee lifecycle processes are achieved, whilst supporting the build of capability within our people across the business. You’ll collaborate closely with various levels of stakeholders at Crown Sydney and the wider organisation to deliver the required programs and initiatives in conjunction with our cross-property teams in Melbourne and Perth.

**Some of the key responsibilities will involve**:

- Manage the operations and scheduling of the Training Delivery Plan for Crown Sydney
- Programing facilitation and training delivery
- Actively engaging with stakeholders to gather feedback on existing programs and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
- Partnering with the learning & development team members to deliver and facilitate learning and evaluate effectiveness of the program via feedback
- Being a trusted advisor to people leaders and providing learning insights, recommendations & solutions
- Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in learning and technology
- Championing a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the organisation

**You’ll have**:

- Demonstrated experience in Learning and Development Management or similar roles
- A passion for learning and development practices that add value and drive capability uplift
- Ability to deliver engaging and impactful learning programs to a diverse range of employees
- Strong ability to recognise skills gaps and identify appropriate training solutions
- Knowledge of learning management systems and eLearning authoring tools
- Understanding of different learning styles, demonstrated across a wide range of delivery methods
- Strong leadership proficiency, as well as excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
