Team Assistant and Business Admin Manager

**About the Role**
This role is accountable for the scheduling and workload management of the GM Broker, Credit Cards & Loyalty, with further limited support for the respective leadership teams. The role will also be involved in business improvement activities within the Broker, Credit Cards, and Loyalty teams.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Facilitating relevant approvals and general people administration for a large division across multiple locations
- Ensuring papers are received and adequately reviewed by the GM in advance of all sessions
- Prompt and proactive handling of internal and external stakeholder requests, in particular responding to requests for reporting and documentation.
- Management of the GM’s expense reports and approval of expense reports across the division and ensuring these are within budget and policy
- Working with the Retail Change & Comms team to communicate important updates
- Collating detailed packs and reporting on behalf of the GM to support the Leadership Team meetings
- Coordination of Board and Executive deliverables from teams across the division
- Leading Event Management for the Broker, Credit Cards, and Loyalty leadership team
- Working with other Coordinators and Business Managers within the BOQ Group to coordinate cross-divisional initiatives
- Booking travel
- Employee on and offboarding
- Ad hoc responsibilities as required to support the broader team
**About you**
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Team Assistant capacity supporting at GM level or above
- The ability to think strategically, particularly as it pertains to scheduling and coordination of deliverables on behalf of the team
- Ability to manage multiple activities in a fast-paced, quickly developing environment
- Confidence to effectively communicate and collaborate with a broad multidisciplinary team
- Versatility and an all-rounder, happy to lend a hand wherever needed. No job too big or too small
- Knowledge and experience of the financial services industry ideal
