Total Technology Business Solutions is a Sydney based technology company specialising in Managed Print & Information Technology Services.

**About the Position**:
Due to growth within the organisation, we are currently looking for an Accounts and Admin intern to be the latest addition to our team.

The new team member will be coached and mentored by the Chief Financial Officer to develop their skills and expertise in providing high level of administrative and accounting support to the organisation. With a lot to learn in this market, you will find yourself expanding your knowledge base in a practical capacity.

**Responsibilities**

Greeting Clients
Answering and directing phone calls
Data entry, filing and archiving
Scheduling meetings for the CFO and CEO
Ordering office supplies
Accounts Payable/Receivable and Bank Reconciliation jobs on MYOB
Assisting the CEO on projects and the day-to-day running of the business
Assisting with the company CRM, keeping records up to date
Other Adhoc duties as required

**Requirements**:
Excellent customer service skills
Previous experience in MS Office, MS Excel and MS Power Point is essential.
Willingness to learn
Confident interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
A team player who works well with others
Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Bonus
