The Company
Incra are a dynamic Australian owned business that provides comprehensive Accounting and Financial Services to a range of valued clients, supporting their payroll, bookkeeping and tax returns to in-depth financial analysis, forecasting and strategic planning. Excellent customer service and quality advice are at the heart of their business and everything they do. They are looking to add a capable Accounts Officer to their high performing team.
The Role
As a senior Client/Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and reviewing work. With regular client interaction, you'll become an integral part of our client groups, solving complex queries and providing top-notch service. Your expertise will involve delegating tasks to team members, supporting their efforts, and ensuring quality control across all projects.
We are looking for someone who has a real warmth in how they communicate, who is engaging, proactive and who loves to help people. Additionally, someone who can bring some real structure to the business, and who thrives on continuous improvement and creating robust processes.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who can take full ownership of the tasks in their responsibility, can work autonomously, and become a strong part of their team.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Take responsibility for client groups autonomously
- Focus on completing jobs and responding to queries within agreed timeframes
- Supporting the Accountants and advisors with admin-based accounting duties
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Administrative backup & coordination with advisory projects within the business

**What we are looking for**:

- Someone who thrives on providing clients and staff with a first-rate experience
- Accounts experience and knowledge of Xero Accounting system would be advantageous but not essential
- Strong computer literacy, including experience Microsoft Office Suite
- Faultless attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A background in finance and previous experience working a finace related role and in partnership with customers
