The Role

As Team Administrator for our Victoria & South Australia Transport service group, you will become an integral support to 200+ professionals who ‘bring ideas to life’ for our clients working on a range of city shaping projects.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a diverse role and get involved in a range of activities to support team members at all stages of their career at Aurecon.

Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’.
- Coordinate in person and online training sessions and lead team building initiatives, including work anniversaries, employee rewards and recognition
- Seek out opportunities to get involved and support team members on both internal projects and our external project work
- Support onboarding activities, PPE requirements and office initiatives
- Coordinate contractor compliance
- Create engaging content for a range of platforms including, SharePoint, LinkedIn and MS Teams channels
- Formatting of documents and creation of presentations
- Coordination of team meetings and resources - room bookings, catering, IT setup and breakdown
- Support with industry event / association coordination
- Understanding Aurecon’s policies and procedures to best support the team

What we are looking for

We are looking for a collaborative, energetic and engaging Administrator who is adaptable and has a keen eye for efficiency.
- Prior experience in a similar Administration role
- Experience working in the engineering industry would be advantageous
- Experience in the Rail Industry Worker (RIW) program will be highly regarded
- Self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a team environment, while being accountable for their own contribution
- Expert networker who thrives on building effective relationships
- Ability to handle, manage and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills and approachable nature
- Competent in MS Office Suite, SharePoint, Microsoft
