**The Company**:
A highly reputable and leading multi-disciplinary Consultancy, with a welcoming office and a friendly, team-focused environment. Based in the
**Inner East suburbs,** and easily accessed by public transport links.
**The role**:
This position will suit someone who enjoys being the face and voice of a business Providing front desk management and an excellent first impression for callers and visitors to the office.
This role will require initiative and problem solving capability. The position will also involve a variety of administrative tasks so you will be a competent user of the MS Office suite.
**This is a FT office based role and is unfortunately not eligible for flexible work arrangements.**
**Duties will include**:
- Setting up documents and reports
- Chase invoices and billings
- Order office consumables, stationary and equipment
- Travel bookings
- Sort mail and distribute
- Maintain the database
- Receptionist relief
**Skills and experience**:
- Administration experience in a corporate environment
- Able to display initiative and problem solve
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills maintaining professionalism at all times
- Intermediate level of MS Office
- Professional presentation
