**About the Role**
As the HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience and driving people-related initiatives. Working closely with stakeholders, you will provide guidance and coaching on a wide range of HR matters. A focus of this role will include a variety of ER and IR matters, where you will manage complexities with support from the business partnering team and head of industrial relations. Building strong stakeholder relationships and enhancing leadership capabilities will be crucial aspects of your role. You will also contribute to organisational development, workforce culture, employee engagement, and talent management.

This role will be responsible for 9 residential homes across North Adelaide, supporting approximately 900 employees. An element of travel will be required to immerse yourself in the business, manage your stakeholders and build strong relationships where you are seen as a trusted partner.
