Hays is currently partnered with a Federal Government agency to recruit an APS4 Case Management Support Officer on a temporary, 12-month assignment with the potential to extend.

**Your new role**

The incumbent will work to effectively manage the intake and assessment of AAT (Administrative Appeals Tribunal) matters and associated correspondence, including collation and filing of Tribunal documents within statutory timeframes. The role will also assist in organising assessments to support case managers, drafting documents and actioning incoming correspondence.

Responsibilities will include:

- Receiving and registering new AAT matters.
- Actioning and directing correspondence.
- Analysing and assessing AAT Applications received by the company
- Preparing and filing Tribunal documents as required for AAT Applications received by the Administrative Appeals Branch within strict time frames.
- Assessing and responding to risk from processes, including in terms of privacy considerations and priority.
- Organising assessments to support the decision-making process for case managers.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be considered for this role, you will have:

- Demonstrated experience in an administrative or case management position.
- Dynamic interpersonal skills that result in positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
- Excellent time management skills and self-manage workload.
- Well-developed organisational skills and attention to detail
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Tertiary qualifications in business management or administration would be highly regarded.

Due to the nature of our client, for this role you MUST be an Australian Citizen and show proof of your COVID-19 vaccination status.
