Skidata is the global leader in Parking, People, and Mountain access. Based in Sydney we are looking for a motivated person to join our team as a Service Co-Ordinator.
- To develop relationships with customers to promote, service contracts, system improvements, modernizations, and asset refreshes.
- The key function of this role is to ensure a smooth delivery of all service work and projects in NSW,
- Ensure that the Service Technicians in NSW can perform their roles to the best of their ability, and to help them develop in their careers.
- Manage the local sub-contractors who support the NSW service business, ensuring jobs are correctly delivered, Skidata procedures are followed, and they comply with all OHS requirements.
- Work with the Project Delivery team to ensure adequate resources are available for successful project delivery.
- Supports finance in getting outstanding invoices paid.
- You will be required to conduct monthly safety field observations, vehicle inspections, toolbox meetings and identifying any safety concerns and working to ensure resolutions of these concerns. You will also be accountable for Service OHS in NSW.

**Skills and Knowledge**

**Functional**
- OHS understanding and OHS reporting.
- Experience in IT Service Management.
- Good business understanding, (budget, profitability, Total cost of ownership, controlling).
- Impressive knowledge of Skidata products and services.
- Impressive knowledge of Skidata Service tools, SNow, BI Reports, Microsoft.
- Reasonable knowledge in sales (service contracts for non
- key accounts).
- Solution minded.

**Methodical**
- Process oriented.
- Using “Measure to Manage” (metrics, KPIs).
- Negotiation of service contracts.
- CRM affinity, target to be trusted advisor of the customer.

**Social**
- Experience in leading people (conflict resolution, target agreements, disposition of resources).
- Team orientation combined with distinctive assertiveness.
- Social networking and lobbying.
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.

**Personal**
- Pragmatic approach, flexibility.
- High degree of self-responsibility.

This role has growth opportunities and as part of the remuneration, the package includes an attractive base salary, mobile phone, and laptop.

**Salary**: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
