**THE OPPORTUNITY**

As part of the Operations Finance team, you will be based at our main Kilcoy, you will partner with Operations and broader Finance teams to drive performance and optimise costs. You will achieve this through the delivery of meaningful and timely reporting and analytics to the business, cost and process management and supporting continuous improvement programmes.

**Location: Kilcoy**

**YOUR RESPONSILBITIES**

You will be:

- Provide timely and accurate Operational & Financial reporting to aid understanding of business performance and decision making (daily, weekly and monthly reports)
- Support the Data Driven Organisation programme through systemisation and optimisation of Operational reports
- Support in Cost of Conversion reporting and analysis bringing deeper understanding of performance drivers
- Perform adhoc product costing to support New Product Develeopment and general product analysis
- Support plant continuous improvement programmes through timely and accurate reporting & analysis
- Perform monthly cost centre reviews with cost centre owners ensuring understanding cost drivers and supporting in delivery of budget
- As required, support in the delivery of core financial reporting & processes ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of delivery
- Support Accounting & Control team with plant-based reporting, processes and analysis

**Experience**:

- Experience in Plant / Manufacturing environment
- Degree qualified | preferable NOT essential
