Your Role:
We're a forward-thinking, vibrant organization in the heart of the disability sector, and we're looking for someone with passion, creativity, and pizzazz to join our fabulous Fairy team. Our Fairies are the crucial link between our participants and our services, ensuring every individual feels valued, heard, and empowered. You'll be a guiding light, helping to navigate their unique journeys with creativity and care and to ensure everyone you work with feels supported, understood, and encouraged to achieve their highest potential
What You'll Do:
• Crafting Connections: Build warm and trusting relationships with participants and their stakeholders, listening to their stories and identifying their unique needs.
• Inspirational Guidance: Offer intuitive guidance and colorful solutions to challenges that participants might face, enhancing their journey with us.
• Collaboration : Work with the greater fairy team to tailor personalized models of support for your participants.
• Advocate for Impact: Be the voice of our participants within our team, ensuring their feedback leads to meaningful change and brilliant innovation.
• Work with Purpose: Maintain confidential participant records — we're counting on your integrity and trustworthiness.
