Our State Government Client located in the Sunshine coast is looking for a motivated and outgoing Program support officer (A03 Level) to join their team. This incredible contract position offers an immediate start running for a generous total of 12 months plus an additional potential 12 month contract extension. Huge opportunities to remain and progress with this Organisation.
You will have the opportunity to successfully contribute to Queensland's integrated transport environment in order to achieve sustainable transport solutions for road, rail, air and sea. Your role will be providing exceptional administration and communication support that assists the Stakeholder Management Team. This organisation takes pride in providing a challenging yet rewarding environment which focuses on encouragement of others and embracing new ideas.
**Responsibilities**:
Provide high level administrative and logístical support to the North Coast Region Stakeholder Management Team.
Provide assistance with data entry of stakeholder interactions and notes
Assist and support with engagement activities including logistics of each event.
Develop and maintain office support systems including the use of databases and spreadsheets.
Monitor, manage and triage executive correspondence and urgent requests for action from senior management and the Minister.
Coordinate, research and prepare information for the team including reports, statistical data and internal briefing materials as required.
Monitor, record and report on media and public responses to regional and project issues.
Develop and maintain working relationships and networks with the Stakeholder Management Team, regional staff and applicable correspondence units.
Assist in monitoring compliance and adherence to governance frameworks
This role reports to the Principal Project Engagement Advisor.

A great communicator and have regular dealt with a range of internal and external stakeholders
Previous experience providing high level administration and logístical support.
Organised and has the ability to meet tight deadlines
