Services Lead

**Your Impact**
Reporting to the Manager, Supply Chain Services, this role sits within and collaborates with the Group Finance, Business Process Management and Data Services teams and is pivotal in providing supply chain leadership and ensuring the seamless management of workflow for Asahi’s domestic and international logistics operations.
**Key responsibilities**

- Provide effective leadership and workflow supervision to the offshore team responsible for the operational execution of all supply chain activities both in domestic and international logistics
- Offer guidance, support, and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
- Identify areas for enhancement within the organisation and implement innovative solutions to optimise productivity
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement where team members are encouraged and empowered to suggest and implement process enhancements
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers, customers and internal departments to enhance collaboration and alignment
- Attendance and active participation in team meetings, stakeholder engagement and active participation in relevant committee meetings or events
**About You**
With a background of achievement in the management of service delivery targets and/or supply chain operations, you’re a leader who is adaptable and capable of mentoring and leading an effective offshore team, while managing relationships with other stakeholders in a way that builds trust and connections at all levels and delivers optimal service outcomes. Ideally, you have some experience or knowledge of supply chain operations but this is not essential if you’re capable of quickly acquiring this knowledge while leading your team in an effective and collaborative way. Also, you will offer:
