Starling Services are urgently looking for **_Release Lead _**_in_ the market who are interested in working with us for a long term contract job opportunity

**Skills Required**:

- Work cohesively within a team of Release Leads working across multiple initiatives and deliverables
- 5+ Years of Experience
- Support and incorporate best practices in Service Change Management (ITIL) to enable project work streams to design, test, and deploy (CI/CD) quality solutions smoothly into production.
- Work closely with Platform Release Engineers and other key stakeholders ensure all changes that impact the release are identified and are incorporated into the Release Plan to enable successful deployment.
- Work closely with Security, Risk, Compliance and Business partners to identify and assess risks and issues; and ensure the necessary production controls in place to deploy safely.
- Ensure compliance in line with organisational processes (AGILE, JIRA, CONFLUENCE) including artefacts, appropriate risk mitigation, stakeholders and communication. Perform and automate regular audits.
- Develop, socialise and secure agreement on schedule and dependency plans which meet quality and successful release criteria.
- Identify, co-ordinate, resolve and track interdependencies and any pre-requisite/co-requisite changes required for a successful release outcome, including any post-release verification activities.
- Deploy E2E agile all release types and deployment approaches.
