**About the Company**

Davidson Technology are currently supporting one of Australia’s most renowned companies that operates at the forefront of the ICT industry to deliver high quality services to millions of customers.

We are seeking a Test Lead for a 6-month initial contract role, with potential for extension. This role is 100% on-site, with no WFH options available.

**About the Role**

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the testing within multiple projects working in parallel.

You will be accountable for the test planning and execution phases of assigned projects and will ensure quality deliverables from assigned test analysts.

You will track progress of assigned projects and oversee the identification of testing requirements, risks as well as taking ownership of defect management.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:

- Strong prior experience in Test Lead positions
- Experience leading testing across multiple projects working in parallel
- Strong experience with HP QC
- Proven experience innovating testing environments
- Very strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience in testing for critical systems in a complex technology environment
