**Client**

Our client is a well-known international specialist in water treatment. Due to an ever-growing customer base and new upcoming projects, they are on the lookout for a service technician to be a part of their small and performing team.

This role will require a high level of expertise in all aspects of mechanical equipment used in water sectors and some manufacturing as well. They also seek the ability to analyse faults and make necessary repairs and adjustments.

**Responsibilities**
- Primarily responsible for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of various types of water filtration, pumps and associated mechanical process equipment.
- Provide breakdown service and repairs to associated water treatment equipment and plants, and provide technical information to clients in relation to most areas of water filtration plants
- Maintain quality records and compliance documentation as required by management
- Actively seek new opportunities to increase sales and service revenue

Our client is looking for someone that is:

- Courteous with great customer service and presentation skills
- Able to undergo training in various areas and accustomed to inductions
- Capable to lead others on site when the need arises
- Has a strong understanding of all aspects of occupational health, safety and environmental protocols
- Ideally has a mechanical trade/fitter background
- Experience with products like pumps, gearboxes, or plant equipment

**The salary** for this position goes up to $90,000 + super and a fully maintained company vehicle and site allowances. Plus, you'll have the chance to work for one of the most trusted and respected players in the industry.
