About This Job:
As People Operations Partner, you will be responsible for the provision of legally compliant and sound advice and guidance provided to managers and employees on a variety of case management issues. You will manage all employee relations Case Management (i.e. underperformance, disciplinary, cross border, grievance, and sickness absence). You will be responsible for executing a portfolio of business change projects and in-country projects in collaboration with HRBPs and for providing support to HR Business Partners and Centres of Excellence to execute the delivery of cyclical HR processes (i.e. Talent, Rewards).
You will be part of an inclusive team that works to develop innovative therapies for patients.
Key Activities for this role:
- Responsible for the provision of legally compliant and sound advice and guidance provided to managers and employees on a variety of case management issues
- Responsible for all employee relations Case Management (i.e. underperformance, disciplinary, cross border, grievance, and sickness absence)
- Responsible for executing a portfolio of business change projects and in-country projects in collaboration with HRBPs
- Responsible for providing support to HR Business Partners and Centres of Excellence to execute the delivery of cyclical HR processes (i.e. Talent, Rewards)
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
- Expert knowledge of Australian HR laws and policies.
- Solid knowledge of case management i.e. (underperformance, disciplinary, cross border, grievance, and sickness absence).
- Provide advice, guidance, and support to managers and employees on case management issues (i.e. underperformance, disciplinary, cross border, grievance, and sickness absence) and policy interpretation.
- Solid experience in escalating complex case management queries to HR Business Partners & Employee Relations as appropriate.
- Ability to collaborate with HR Business Partners and Centres of Excellence to execute and deliver cyclical HR processes (e.g. talent, performance, and reward cycles).
Preferred Knowledge & Experience:
- Solid experience in a similar role with strong knowledge of case management.
Educations/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent.
