**About the Opportunity**
The Talent Acquisition & People Experience Partner will be responsible for providing\g both recruitment and HR related transactional support for our Corporate Group Functions teams.
Working with our wider People & Culture teams, this hybrid role will be crucial in providing exceptional support for hiring managers and employees across various activities within our employee life-cycle.
- **Note - this position will be an initial 12-month fixed term contract**_
**In this Role**
- Talent Acquisition_
- Manage full cycle recruitment process for a portfolio of roles across Metcash Corporate Functions (inc, Job Briefing, sourcing, screening, scheduling and offering )
- Business partnering with hiring leaders to provide a fair, consistent and robust hiring process.
- Provide recruitment support and advice on sourcing methods, interview processes and selection..
- Complete necessary pre-employment checks through our vendor
- HR Activities_
- Process team member and/or position changes and requests in the HRIS and prepare associated documentation.
- Generate reports and provide HR related data as needed
- Assist in onboarding new employees
- Maintaining and updating employee records
- Support Senior P&C Business Partner with ad-hoc projects and cyclical activities
**You’re Likely a Match If**
- Solid experience in end-to-end recruitment (inhouse or agency).
- Sound experience in HR administration and supporting with transactional activities
- Previous exposure in working with both HR operational and recruitment systems
- Strong ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders
- Strong skills in managing deadlines and prioritising urgent matters as needed
- Experience in working with sensitive information and maintaining a high degree of confidentiality
- Previous experience with SuccessFactors is highly regarded but not essential
- Previous exposure to LinkedIn Recruiter and proactive sourcing is also beneficial
