As the new Office Manager/EA, you are the driving force behind all things office related and be a key liaison between the CEO and Executive Team. Not only will you live and breathe our values on a daily basis, but also provide efficient administrative support, professional, courteous and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.

You will be responsible for coordinating and managing the travel coordination, scheduling, attending and providing administrative support for a range of meetings including Board meetings, and reporting including Board reports, drafting communication, coordinating and assisting with events and functions.

**What will your week look like?**
- Provide administration support for Board and Executive meetings, including meeting minutes and actions and meeting coordination
- Provide clear and concise communication to the Executive Team in a timely and professional manner
- Manage the operations of the Support Office including facilities management, office processes and procedures, events and OH&S
- Manage the travel budget and coordinate all travel arrangements for employees
- Manage all SH&E responsibilities across Support Office
- Ensure great communication across Support Office functions
- Network and build strong relationships with key people inside and outside of Alquemie Group

**The Must Haves**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Office Manager
- Highly developed capability to compose, draft and edit documents
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Professional and effective communication and liaison skills for diverse audiences
- Strong relationship building and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative team member
- Diplomacy, discretion and confidentiality
- Experience and working knowledge of the Fashion Industry
- A strong prioritisation and time management skills
- Ability to multitask, plan and prioritise conflicting deadlines
- Professional tone of voice in all communications
