**Position Overview***

A unique role that partners with the CEO and contributes to all aspects of the business. In collaboration with the senior leadership team, this role will have an impact on day one in an incredibly meaningful space and be involved in a variety of operational and strategic initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Help manage the CEO's schedule and various operational logistics that include;
- Managing day-to-day activities in support of strategic goals across the company
- Advising the CEO and senior management team on a wide range of items
- Facilitating effective decision-making throughout the organisation, proactively setting the context and documenting decisions.

2.Build and manage a team across executive and office-team operations.
- Understand the pulse of the company, team, and culture and make sure we maintain focus and discipline
- Drive company cadence through scheduling and agendas for Business Reviews All Hands,Board Meetings, and Department Head Meetings.
- Oversee budgetary planning and cost management working closely with the finance team
- Create leverage by facilitating awareness of critical issues and making rapid, high-quality decisions
- Improve collaboration across internal and external stakeholders by driving communication, information sharing, and alignment.

**Qualifications **Skills and Experience**
- 5 - 10 years’ experience as EA/Executive Business Partner
- Start-up experience and prior experience with a hypergrowth company are a plus
- People management and cross organisation collaboration skills
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to answer your questions
- Team-oriented mindset and the ability to work with a wide range of individuals
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making and communication skills
- Naturally curious and willing to take measured risks
- Personal integrity and a team-first mindset
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft suite and ability to learn new software / systems quickly
- Exceptional project management and a focus on results
- Self-starter and able to work autonomously
- Outstanding analytic ability
- Intellectual curiosity
