We have 4 properties in our group currently and expanding. All our properties are close to CBD & we need your expertise, hands-on management and flair for guest service

This is a Senior Management role that requires full responsibility for the smooth and effective running of operations. Your focus is on guest experience, developing strategies to raise the product and take the business to the next level. We require a hands on approach that plans, directs, co-ordinates and manages the day to day operations which include Front Office, Reservations, Housekeeping and Maintenance.

You must be calm, consistent, professional and create a stable and enjoyable team environment. We want you to be creative and strive for the best results from your team.

This role requires to maximize yield opportunities, build revenue, create opportunities and maximise growth. Cost control is essential whilst ensuring that your maximise both Sales and Marketing opportunities and strategies. Rest assured that your interest in these aspects will benefit from our dedicated in
- house training.

You must be driven, a leader, problem solver and have an eye for detail and fluent in operations. We expect you to stream operations, organise in-house training platforms for standardisation and consistency and improve guest service.
