We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to support our RTO division as the
**RTO Administrator**. You will be supporting our expanding RTO division to deliver a high-quality RTO service to our clients.
We are flexible with working hours with both
**part time and casual hours** considered.
The role will include a variety of administration tasks such as:
- Administration and reporting of various industry related courses such as Certificate III in Investigative Services, Certificate IV in Personal Injury Management, Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety
- Assist with enrolments of new students
- Assisting with the processing of enquiries, resulting, completions and certifications
- Issuing Qualifications to students following the Australian Qualifications Framework
- Maintaining files and records in VETtrak and other filing systems in accordance with policies and procedures
- Assist with data preparation for regular reporting
- Provide support and assistance to training staff where required
- Assist training department with other tasks as required
**About you**:
You are a talented communicator who engages well both face to face and over the phone. You have exceptional attention to detail and excellent time management skills. You are organised and understand the importance of delivering a high-quality service.
You must possess the following key attributes:
- Demonstrated RTO administration experience (minimum 1-2 years).
- Experience in RTO related insurance industry (highly regarded but not essential).
- Great customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Time management and organisational skills are a must.
- A meticulous eye for detail and accuracy.
