**The Company**
Our client has developed significant training and assessment resources to support the various Training Packages for use within their registered training organisations. The company also develops materials specifically for customers and clients with special requirements. Our client's expertise lies in providing excellent, inspiring training solutions that are informed by our connections with industry and delivered by our exceptional learning and facilitation specialists.
**The Role**
As an Administration/Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the directors with day-to-day activities from booking meetings, organising stationery, inputting data into databases to organising office events. You will be required to think on your feet, work autonomously as well as part of a team.
This is a Full-time permanent role, based in North Sydney, NSW.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Booking in meetings and assisting with duties for Directors
- Filing & scanning of student work to the database
- Organising office events
- Ordering stationery & setting up IT equipment
- Contacting suppliers and sourcing quotes for equipment, resources and venues
- Administering training plans and awards
- Assisting with management of assets
- General administrative support to Director & CEO as required in-line with business needs
- Previous Administration experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft programmes
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Experience working with domestic student Registered Training Organisations (Preferable)
