In addition to other services, the organisation has a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) that provides support to all Australians experiencing mental health and emotional issues.

**About the opportunity**:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced RTO Compliance Lead to drive, implement and evaluate RTO compliance across the operational, training and assessment activities for programs, while promoting high quality, consistent service delivery to all national services.

The role is based in the Sydney CBD and there will be ongoing flexibility to work from home and in the office. The salary on offer is competitive and includes tax-free salary packaging options.

**To be successful you should have**:

- Previous experience in a role where RTO compliance is a key responsibility
- Demonstrated experience in program planning and project management
- Awareness of Mental Health issues
- Strong time-management, influencing and project support skills including the ability to be flexible in priorities, multi-task, and work pressure in a high-volume work environment
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- A Diploma in Auditing would be highly regarded

**Role Duties**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations for the RTO to ensure consistency with ASQA and other legislative requirements, quality standards and performance against organisational goals and objectives
- Review and ensure continuous improvement of the RTO activities, programs, and service delivery
- Ensure effective administrative and RTO records management compliance with the Data Provision Requirements 2012
- Conduct regular audits in line with ASQA and funding body regulations
- Provide advice and technical support for all training matters
- Deliver occasional face to face and online training
- Develop, design, and deliver effective training materials
- Identify and report any risk associated with learning and development programs and projects
- Provide trainers with guidance and support to achieve continuous improvement which enhances their professional development.
