**About the role**

We are very excited to be bringing in a Regional Manager into our VIC team, as a result of strong business growth.

Reporting into our Operations Manager, the Regional Manager will manage the delivery of high quality, fun, and safe OSHC programs which are viably sound and align with the company's strategic vision.

**Your responsibilities**
- Lead & develop Directors & Educators within a cluster of programs to ensure remarkable delivery of programs with are operationally viable.
- Ensure retention of, and commercial growth, of existing OSHC programs.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure smooth operations of programs, including quality & compliance, alongside the compliance team.
- Be a position role model & ambassador for TeamKids when dealing with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Align with the above TeamKids values.

Ideally you will have:

- A current driver’s licence, and access to a motor vehicle.
- Willingness to travel locally in VIC.

- Flexibility, adaptability and an ability to overcome challenging situations.
- Collaborative nature and genuine in approach.
