**Key responsibilities**:
Your day to day responsibilities will include:

- Attending recruitment briefings with hiring managers to understand their requirements
- Writing effective job advertisements and posting on relevant job boards
- Conducting initial phone interviews and arranging hiring manager interviews
- Conducting right to work and reference checks
- Liaising with hiring managers and the wider People & Culture team to ensure all new starters have a smooth and thorough onboarding experience

**We're looking for**:
This position is best suited to someone with 1-2 years of talent acquisition experience, gained in a fast-paced high-volume environment. You will be comfortable working with a degree of ambiguity and have the ability to constantly adapt to changing priorities.

You will also have:

- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- The ability to prioritise effectively and work to tight deadlines
- The ability to work autonomously
- A desire to improve processes to increase efficiency
