We’re excited to be recruiting for a casual **Customer Service Representative** role within our Moorabbin Head Office. This is a pivotal role that will require superior organizational and communication skills, and an interest in our brands / sport / the outdoors will ensure you are aligned to our company culture.

**Your new role**

Responsibilities will include:

- Using SAP and Microsoft Office
- Approving and processing replacement products or value credit to customers
- Preparing stock for return to inventory
- Investigating repair options for items
- Gathering information and reporting on feedback from customers
- Preparing reports for vendor claims
- Extensive liaison with various departments

**What we're looking for**
- Experience in a similar role
- Availability to work upward of 30 hours per week at times
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Experience with SAP (desirable)
- Strong communicator
- Someone who is process driven
- Experience working for sporting goods (highly regarded)
- A passion for golf is always a plus
