Whilst we are a national company, we have a close-knit warehouse and service team that supports our customers and the wider business. We are now looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Tools & Equipment team.

- You value investing time into learning about the products or services you have on offer. Whether it was proactively asking your manager questions or taking the initiative to do your own research, you enjoy learning because it enables you to provide stronger recommendations to for customers.
- While you love interacting with people, you also enjoyed the back of house work of organising stock and feel a sense of pride in presenting it neatly on the shop floor.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the T&E Sales Manager, this is a full-time permanent opportunity with Monday to Friday hours (8am-4pm) where you will add significant value by:

- Responding to enquiries from builders, stonemasons, and tradespeople about tools and equipment, order status, stock availability and other related enquiries.
- Working with technical experts and completing online learning modules (the CDK Academy) to build your knowledge about our Tools & Equipment product range
- Assisting the Sales Representatives by following up on quotes, invoices, and product requirements from customers who have called or enquired about their order.
- Organising and coordinating stock, as well as ensuring the showroom is neat and tidy.
- Completing customer orders by confirming the details of the order then liaising with the courier or external salesperson to arrange delivery.
