We are expanding our team and seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to join us on our journey of growth and success.

In this role, you will be an integral part of our operations, contributing to the efficiency and success of our business. The position offers a unique blend of warehouse support and administrative tasks, providing a diverse and engaging work environment.

Responsibilities include:

- Fulfilling customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinating with the manager to ensure timely order delivery
- Providing general administration support, including managing correspondence and preparing reports
- Managing inventory levels and conducting regular stock counts
- Operating equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Assisting with purchase order organization and procurement activities
- Supporting sales and marketing operations, including website management and promotional activities

**Requirements**:

- Age over 25 years old
- Forklift and driver's licenses are essential
- Good computer literacy, including Excel and Word
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg
- Willingness to learn and grow with the business

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
