Please note that this role is a Fixed-Term role till March 2025 over Maternity Coverage

Position Summary:

- Join our Ladies and Gentlemen and welcome all guests whilst explaining the hotel facilities available
- Provide a quality of service, going above and beyond to exceed guest expectations
- Ensure guest queries and requests are handled effectively and efficiently
- Schedule services for individuals and groups using spa/salon reservation software system and assist guests with check-in and check-out.
- Complete standard reception duties focusing on attention to detail
