**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**

Project Marketing and Sales:
Design and execute marketing campaigns for key real estate projects, ensuring strong branding and market positioning.

Collaborate with the sales team to create materials and strategies that drive project sales and engage potential buyers.

Corporate Marketing:
Lead initiatives to enhance company culture and internal engagement through innovative campaigns.

Align marketing strategies with Moment’s vision for sustainability and community impact.

Event Management:
Plan and deliver high-impact events such as project launches, client seminars, and community engagement activities.

Ensure events are professionally executed and align with strategic business goals.

Digital Marketing:
Manage social media platforms and online marketing channels to expand brand visibility and engagement.

Develop bilingual (English and Chinese) content to connect with diverse audiences.

Market Research:
Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to shape marketing decisions.

Provide regular reports and recommendations to support business growth.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales, project, and management teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Skills and Experience Required

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the real estate or professional services sector.

Languages: Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is mandatory.

Industry Knowledge: Experience in project marketing and event management, with a track record of delivering results in competitive markets.

Digital Proficiency: Skilled in managing online platforms and creating engaging content for a variety of audiences.

Creative Vision: A passion for innovative marketing strategies and the ability to craft compelling campaigns.

Analytical Skills: Strong research and reporting capabilities to inform business decisions.
