**Marketing Specialist (Full-time)**

Our company, MAC Living Pty Ltd is a building company and our projects are primarily in metro and regional Melbourne.

We are excited with the expansion of our business across Melbourne, and we are urgently seeking an experienced **Marketing Specialist** to join our company as our Marketing Coordinator to help us achieve business expansion plans.

**For this awesome opportunity you will need**:

- Have 1+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree related to commerce/management will be highly preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fantastic communication skills.
- Exception skills in predicting and analysing market trends.
- Ability to support the sales objectives and expansion of the company.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Conduct and perform market research to uncover opportunities for promoting new and existing building and construction products and services.
- Collect and analyse data to assess the potential demand and market trends for competitive pricing strategies for construction offerings while balancing profitability with market demand.
- Drive business growth and development by planning and implementing marketing strategies, policies and campaigns tailored to best suit the business.
- Provide company management advice on all aspects of effective and efficient marketing including construction offerings, pricing strategies, advertising and marketing of promotions, sale techniques, and promotional channels to reach the desired audience.
- Create and develop strategies to enhance and promote customer recognition of the company while upholding the company’s identity within the construction industry.
- Enhance and maintain the company's brand image within the construction industry, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms. Analyse the collected data and other statistics to identify further market opportunities for the company projects.
- Coordinate for the creation of all marketing materials including both digital and traditional artwork.

**Remuneration: $75,000 per annum (plus 11.5% superannuation)**

**Employment Type: Full-time**

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
