AWX Executive is seeking multiple Project Support Officers for our clients at GoldCoast

As a Project Support Officer, you will use a variety of computer software programs and information management systems to provide high-level administrative and project support to project managers and team members.

You will ensure the timely and effective delivery of projects by complying with all relevant legislation, organizational policies, and procedures.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing high-level administrative support to project managers and team members, such as coordinating team meetings, taking and distributing minutes, preparing documents and reports, and establishing and maintaining spreadsheets and registers.
- Providing project support for financial approval documentation, contract administration systems, and procurement-related activities. This includes preparing procurement documentation, liaising with external parties, and assisting with tender processes.
- Ensuring infrastructure project documentation is accurately compiled, tracked, and recorded. You will also follow up to ensure timely delivery and approvals within set timeframes.
- Providing administrative support to various Project Managers to ensure tasks are completed within specified deadlines.
- Ensuring that operational practices and standards of service and performance comply with legislation and governance obligations.

Mandatory requirements:

- Current holder of Class C driver's license.
- Require travel to Eight-mile plains and Tallebudgera (for few roles)
