The Inside Sales Account Manager will work closely with AM/BDMs to grow existing customer revenue, upgrade to new offerings and ensures customer renew their licenses.

What you will do
- Work closely with AM/BDMs to grow existing customer revenue, upgrade to new offerings and ensures customer renew their licenses.
- Commercially driving adoption of new products among existing clients to promote the expansion of client relationships as well as assisting with retention on renewals of existing clients
- Work with AMs/BDMs to create new opportunities with a key focus on new products with partners, build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Provide accurate and timely updates on pipeline and forecast utilizing Salesforce.
- Communicate technical, industry, and market facts to position SOTI as a competitive solution with customers.
- Collaborate with colleagues, cross-functionally (Outside Sales Executive, SEs, Channel Partners, Marketing, etch), to support the sales strategy.
- Maintain in-depth product, industry trends, and technical knowledge.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
- Demonstrate key capabilities and differentiators to showcase value
Experience you will bring
- 2-4 years of experience in Sales Development or Business Development within the High-Tech industry
- Proven success in developing and managing partner relationships and driving ongoing revenue results
- Knowledge of Enterprise Mobility Management or comparable market space, competitors, trends, and related industries
- Extensive Strategy Development, Partnership Management or Business Development experience
- Proven ability to work independently in a dynamic sales environment
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills with respect to technical, contractual and financial negotiations
- Demonstrate a desire to learn and grow within your position, and proactively pursue such growth and learning opportunities
- Experience meeting and exceeding sales quota
- Ability to excel in a team-oriented, collaborative, and fast-paced environment
