**Location**: Glen Waverly

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the perfect relaxation solutions from our wide range of products.
- Process sales transactions efficiently, maintaining accuracy with cash and payment systems.
- Assist in managing inventory, ensuring the shop floor is well-stocked and presentable.
- Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and contribute to a positive shopping environment.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- High School (Year 12) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in GLEN WAVERLEY, VIC 3150
