**Position overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Establish and maintain long-term and profitable business relationships.
- Develop strategic plans to actively prospect and drive new business growth opportunities through new and existing products.
- Deliver or exceed annual budget sets for the geographical region (Volumes and Marginal Income).
- Negotiate contracts and prices in a competitive environment.
- Support new product launches in partnership with Marketing and Technical Service teams.
- Provide market and competition intelligence.
- Ensuring all processes and S&OP's are implemented and adhered to.
**Required skills and experience**:
- Strong sales background in a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated customer relationship management skills.
- Sound commercial and financial acumen.
- Ability to write technical reports, trial plans and proposals with high attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with initiative and the ability to work independently.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Maintain high degree of integrity in all customer and allnex relations.
