About the Role

As Head of Sales – Commercial Vehicle Group (CVG), you will lead national sales growth across our specialist commercial vehicle businesses. Reporting to the GM CVG, this pivotal role oversees a high-performing national sales network including State Sales Managers, Key Account Managers, Account Managers, BDMs, and Sales Representatives.

You'll develop and execute strategic sales plans, strengthen key national relationships, and work in partnership with Operations, Category, and Inventory teams to ensure cohesive execution and outstanding customer experience.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver the national sales strategy for CVG.
  • Lead the successful integration of E-Max into the wider CVG business.
  • Build an operating model where sales and branch operations work in unison.
  • Coach, develop, and inspire sales leaders and teams.
  • Drive a performance culture that's customer-first and commercially strong.
  • Lead cultural and operational change initiatives across sales and operations.
  • Champion innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with leadership teams to shape the future of CVG and align to Bapcor's strategic objectives.

What You'll Bring

You're a strategic, hands-on sales leader with:

  • 5+ years' experience leading large-scale sales teams and managing national accounts.
  • A proven track record in driving revenue growth and building strong customer partnerships.
  • Experience in the commercial vehicle or automotive aftermarket sector (highly regarded).
  • Demonstrated success in aligning sales and operational functions for cohesive execution.
  • Strong commercial acumen, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
