**Your new role**
As Marketing and Engagement Manager, you will report into the CEO and take responsibility for growing business opportunities and developing and implementing marketing recruitment campaigns that drive demand, positioning Leadership WA as the leading choice for all Western Australian leaders and organisations.

Marketing and Brand Development duties:

- Implement and manage the Leadership WA brand strategy through communications and marketing strategies, digital media strategy and brand style guide to communicate a consistent and strong brand message and organisation image to all stakeholders and the broader community.
- Raise and maintain the profile of Leadership WA within WA across corporate, government and not-for-profit sectors through multiple channels, including digital, media and face-to-face
- Analyse market needs and trends and identify and deliver marketing strategies to drive Leadership WA’s programs and initiatives.

Engagement and Relationship Development duties:

- Develop, nurture, and maintain relations with potential and existing partners and clients to grow and maintain participation in existing and new leadership development programs and their growing Tailored Solutions (inhouse programs for clients).
- Oversee the recruitment pipeline for their existing and new Programs and Courses, including liaison with potential applicants.
- Identify potential new growth initiatives for Leadership WA and develop sound business cases for these opportunities in conjunction with other staff

**What you'll need to succeed**

You will be an experienced Marketing professional with a proven capability in building relationships and growing business opportunities/ leads. This role will require the following skills and experience:

- Demonstrated experience in marketing strategy and campaigns
- A strong understanding of brand development/maintenance and multichannel marketing concepts.
- Ability to identify new opportunities and to convert stakeholder requirements into program designs and curriculum.
- Excellent communication, consulting, influencing and interpersonal skills to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders in all sectors and levels of stakeholders to achieve Leadership WA strategic goals and intent.
- Understanding of digital marketing best practices, with sound data and technology capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience in creating and managing effective marketing activities from planning to implementation, including evidence of using market intelligence and research.
